"the nomads" were originally formed in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1965. this powerhouse band today consist of three members, one original member , ronny hunt (drummer) better known as the hammer, who has been playing with (singer, lead guitarist) walt adams, better known as hollywood,  for over 17yrs.  these two guys, for the last 10yrs have been hooked up with ( bass guitarist ) carl christian, better known as ( chicken wing ).    this band has a combined experience of over 40 yrs of music, taking rock-a-billy to a new level! this band plays, 50's,60's,70's,80's & 90's!  you name it!, this band has a vintage look, with today's style and punch. this band has released 4cds', 3 singles', and has a new cd to be released in the very near future! this band comes complete with state of the art sound and lights and ready to rock!
